I work for Keller Williams in Los Angeles as a realtor covering the areas of Hancock Park, Hollywood, West Hollywood, and Miracle Mile-Beverly Center. I graduated from Villanova University, worked as an options trader on the Philadelphia Stock Exchange, a commodity broker, and an estimator in a commercial construction company before becoming a realtor.
My goal for this blog is to provide an objective view of issues that have an impact on the Los Angeles housing market and beyond. Such issues that have import in the current market are loan modification , short sales, foreclosures, REO, and housing inventory. I will do my best to provide content here that I feel homeowners and prospective buyers should be aware of.
